A Community Of Support

This past Saturday night the Predators won their game in front of what could easily be described as their biggest audience ever!  The parking lot was packed, the stands were loaded, and it was standing room only – all in support a The Kaeden Brown Foundation – a vision of a friend created in Kaeden's memory.  A complete spirit of support was shown by all who attended, and you could NOT hear a pin drop as Darren and Maryellen came onto the ice to thank all those in attendance – rather the group clapped loudly in support of Kaeden’s parents.  Darren and Maryellen’s daughter Campbell, dropped the puck at centre ice before the game began, and then returned to sing O Canada with her class mates in a version few will forget :)  The foundation was created by the Brown’s good friend Marty Meadows, and the “Night With The Predators” was one of several events being held to create a scholarship fund in Kaeden’s name.  The pictures below show Marty, Darren & Maryellen Brown, Campbell Brown, Kaeden’s grade 1 and 2 teacher, the Bosanquet School Principal, and some of the children’s auction buckets from the night.  For more pictures, please feel free to check out the facebook album at the Captured Innocence page.  As well, a short video is available online at Videography by AnneMarie.
